Scribe 0.2.0 focuses on clearer sign-in and editing surfaces, while also fixing a Windows packaged-app startup issue.

What changed

Refreshed the sign-in UI and account entry points. Opening Scribe, switching accounts, or signing in again should feel clearer.
Updated selected toolbar icons. Common editing actions are easier to recognize, and the toolbar feels more consistent overall.
Fixed an issue where the Windows packaged app could show an error during startup and fail to open. After installing 0.2.0, the Windows build should start normally.
Upgrading from 0.1.x to 0.2.0 requires downloading the full installer from the official website; the in-app hot updater is not used for this version boundary.
